• 1976 - Edward Healy founded the Healy Company, Inc. establishing a Minnesota Mutual Life office in downtown South Bend. He partnered with J. Robert Baker and Robert Curtis as associates within the first two years. 
• 1984 - Healy broadens their services to handle client group health insurance plans
• 1992 - Property & Casualty operation is formed; Employee Benefits operation expands. 
• 1999 - Healy forms a second corporation, Securian Advisors of Northern Indiana, to handle all products and services distributed through Securian Financial Services, Inc.
