Who We Are
In 1976, Edward Healy founded
the Healy Company, Inc. establishing a
Minnesota Mutual Life office in
downtown South Bend
and
partnered with J. Robert Baker and Robert Curtis as associates within
the first two years. After eight years, they broadened their services
to handle group health insurance plans for their clients. In the early
1990s, the Healy Company accelerated into new and exciting dimensions by
forming a property and casualty operation and expanding our employee
benefits division. In 1999, the Healy Group, Inc. formed a second
corporation, Securian Advisors of Northern Indiana, to handle all
products and services distributed through Securian Financial Services,
Inc.
Today,
the Healy Group
has proudly become an independent, comprehensive insurance and financial
solutions firm that provides unique strategies to both individuals
and businesses. We handle the employee benefits and commercial
insurance coverages for hundreds of companies in the area and provide
thousands of households with car, home, and personal umbrella policies
as well as helping them achieve financial success. We assist
hundreds more with individual health insurance needs. Our livelihood
depends on our ability to provide the highest levels of personal
service. We are passionate about client service and building
long-lasting relationships. In the end, our goal is to partner with
people and organizations that share these same core values.
